The St. John’s Project is a 1720 square foot home renovation located in Pierce County, Georgia. The exterior features stunning new white board and batten vinyl siding supplied by Coastal Truss and Vinyl Siding located in Patterson, Georgia. New exterior lighting, along with a custom house number plaque from Amazon, perfectly frames the magnificent mahogany farmhouse front door that we were able to locate at Storehouse Salvage in Pembroke, Georgia. The custom shutters, columns, and front door were stained in the shade Bark from Ace Hardware. The double doors, painted in Sherwin William’s Tricorn Black and supplied by Lowes, gives a charming touch to the back of the home.

The interior boasts lovely Mohawk LVP flooring in Discovery Ridge and carpet supplied and installed by Floor Works located in Blackshear, Georgia. Magnolia Home’s Shiplap gives the once yellow walls a fresh new appearance. Other features of the interior include a barn door, new Frigidaire appliance set, kitchen cabinets painted in Sherwin Williams Tricorn Black and Magnolia Home’s Shiplap, and Sparrow Peak Acacia countertops all of which were supplied by Lowes. All paint, tile and grout, and interior doors were also supplied by Lowes. This custom home is currently on the market.
