The Linwood Home was an investment home located in Waycross, GA for a local investor. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom (1,380 heated square foot) features a new metal roof, windows, doors, electric, plumbing, water heater and HVAC system. Oil rubbed bronze hardware, lighting, and fixtures can be seen throughout. The STAINMASTER wide plank, LVP flooring in Vernon Hickory is both waterproof and scratch resistant and is located in the community spaces and both bathrooms. Style Selection’s Tenacity carpet in Sandstone is located in all three bedrooms. The kitchen sports white subway tile with MAPEI grout in Alabaster, Diamond Now Acadia prefabricated cabinets in shaker style, VT Dimensions formica countertops in Carrara Bianco, and a butcher block island top. A stainless steel, Frigidaire appliance package accents the kitchen as does the AKDY drop-in brushed stainless steel kitchen sink. Both bathrooms adorn matching vanities, mirrors, and lighting. A white, subway tile with MAPEI grout in Alabaster enhances the guest bathroom while the master bathroom has a tub and shower combination package. Allen + Roth, MOEN, and Delta plumbing fixtures were used in the bathrooms and kitchen. Derksic, Globe Electric, Allen + Roth, Casia, GEPOW, and Hunter Fan lighting was used in this renovation. Doors were accessorized with Kwikset and Probrico knobs while cabinetry was accessorized with Asidrama 5” cabinet pulls.
The vibrant exterior brick was achieved by painting the brick and trim Sherwin Williams Alabaster. White board and batten vinyl siding was installed in both side gables and the front porch gable. Complimenting the light grey (Magnolia Home Paint by Joanna Gaines in Wedding Band) custom shutters is the galvalume tin roof. The front door (Magnolia Home Paint by Joanna Gaines in Duke Gray) is framed by 6x6 locally milled pine columns that are sealed with Thompson’s WaterSeal in clear. The warm interior walls (Magnolia Home Paint by Joanna Gaines in Wedding Band) are compliment by the door, ceiling and, and trim color Sherwin Williams Alabaster.
