The Scrabble Home Remodel is a 1300 square foot renovation located in Pierce County, Georgia. This remodel was completed in 21 days. Magnolia's Charm was not apart of the outside renovations. We did however, install a porch swing, lighting, hardware, and exterior doors. The exterior paint color is Sherwin William's "Snowbound". The interior paint colors include: Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines' "Shiplap" on the walls and ceiling, Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines' "Gathering" on the cabinets and interior doors, and Valspar's "The Perfect White" on the trim. The front door paint color is Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines' "Magnolia  Green"; and the back door paint color is Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines' "Aspen Stone". The formica countertops are Wilsonart's "Typhoon Ice" from Custombilt Countertops located in Waycross, Georgia. Flooring was supplied and installed by Floor Works located in Blackshear, Georgia in the color Honolulu. Oil rubbed bronze lighting and fixtures are seen throughout the home. Along with a spacious tile shower, all flooring tile was installed by Magnolia's Charm. This home interior was designed by Magnolia's Charm Owner and Interior Designer, Rebecca Mullis. The next step to this project is landscaping then listing! We hope the new homeowner enjoys this home as much as we have.
