The Patterson Home was our first big complete remodel. This home is 3000 square foot and was completed in 45 days in 2021. Rebecca Mullis (Owner and Interior Designer of Magnolia's Charm LLC) designed this home remodel. A German Schmear accent wall is featured in the dining area. Matte black fixtures are featured throughout the home with quartz countertops and custom cabinetry. Interior paint colors include Valspar's "The Perfect White" and Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines' "Southern Grown". Exterior paint color is Sherwin William's "Snowbound" and Sherwin William's "Tricorn Black". This home is located in Patterson, Georgia and was sold to it's new owners in January 2022.
